Both giving and receiving feedback can be tricky, even triggering. Last weekend, I got to experience it as incredibly helpful and as very difficult (which in itself also proved valuable feedback).

3 Triggers to Self-Doubt and Insecurity

It can be tricky to get out of self-doubt and insecurity, and even when you do, it can be easy to slide back into it. In this post I want to look at three reasons we might feel insecure, and how to deal with those triggers.
