Decisions: How to Approach Them and How to Finalize Them (Must You Really?)

When we are faced with big decisions in our lives, it can be almost paralyzing. The following lessons I learned from a friend/coach and my therapist have greatly reduced my decision stress. Maybe they work for you, too.

The Choice: Who Do I Want to Be in This Moment?

When you’re confronted with a difficult moment, it calls on you to show who you really want to be. You show this, through your response. Not the one your emotions force you to make, but the deliberate one you decide on for yourself.
